CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95-07
RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR WELL NO. 4
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council on November 14, 1994 a
feasibility report has been prepared for Well No. 4, located in the Clearwater Creek
area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The feasibility report for Well No. 4 is hereby received.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of January, 1995.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
