CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 09
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DELETION OF
DEFERRED SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FROM THE
ANNUAL AUDIT FROM VARIOUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, there are deferred special assessments set up for projects
in which properties chose not to be part of the project, and
WHEREAS, these assessments are not pending or certified, and
WHEREAS, the assessment is paid at the time of hook-up by the
property owner.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following special deferred
assessments be deleted from the annual audit effective December 31,
1994.
Area and Unit Fund (406) ($278,013.80)
Surface Water Management (422) ($ 19,098.89)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lathis 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
