CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 10
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM TAX INCREMENT 1-1 AND TAX INCREMENT 1-2 TO THE
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the 1994 budget provided for funding for the Community
Development Director position, and
WHEREAS, 1/2 of this position was to be funded with Tax Increment
Financing funds, and
WHEREAS, this amount was budgeted at $37,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1994.
Increase Decrease
General Fund (101) $37,000
Tax Increment 1-1 (407) ($18,500)
Tax Increment 1-2 (408) ($18,500)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Laked --this 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
