CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 12
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE AREA AND UNIT FUND TO THE TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS
1991A FOR BOND PAYMENT AND FUND CLOSURE
WHEREAS, the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1991A matured on August
1, 1994, and
WHEREAS, projects financed by this bond issue are complete, and
WHEREAS, trunk water improvements were financed with this bond
issue, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer and fund
closure be authorized effective December 31, 1994.

Temp Improve Bond 1991A (308) $1,698,510
Area and Unit Fund (406) (1,698,510)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
