CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 16
introduced the
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE INTERIM ASSESSMENT FUND TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND
WHEREAS, all pending assessments have been certified, and
WHEREAS, there remains a balance from interest earnings, and
WHEREAS, this balance should be transferred on an annual basis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1994.
Increase
Closed Bond Fund (301) $13,235
Interim Assessment Fund (802)
Decrease
($13,235)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes .Ms 23rd day of January,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
