CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 17
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARK BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Council approved the remodeling of the Forjay
Building, and
WHEREAS, $51,200 was allocated from the General Fund, and
WHEREAS, $12,600 was allocated from Park Acquisition & Development
Fund for a total of $63,800, and
WHEREAS, $66,723 was spent on the remodeling.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1994.

Closed Bond Fund (301)
Decrease
($2,923)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes is 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:
