CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 18
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM 1994 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND
FOR COUNTRY LAKES ESTATES
WHEREAS, an escrow was established for Country Lakes Estates in
1993, and
WHEREAS, this project was bonded and assessed in 1994, and
WHEREAS, there were costs allocated to the escrow fund in 1993, and
WHEREAS, these costs should have been coded to the construction
fund in the amount of $16,575.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1994.
Increase
Escrow Fund (801) $16,575
1994 Construction Fund (456)
Decrease
($16,575)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes is 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
