CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 19
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE SEALCOATING FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND
FOR BRANDYWOOD
WHEREAS, an escrow was established for Brandywood in 1992, and
WHEREAS, this escrow was assessed in 1993 for wearcourse, and
WHEREAS, the wearcourse costs were assessed and should have been
paid from the Sealcoating Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1994.
Increase
Escrow Fund (801) $11,311
Sealcoating Fund (421)
Decrease
($11,311)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Bergeson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
