following resolution and move its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 20
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND
WHEREAS, Planning, Engineering and Finance reviewed all existing
escrow accounts, and
WHEREAS, there are outstanding escrows that cannot be collected,
and
WHEREAS, many of these escrows are insignificant and amount to
$3,277.34, and
WHEREAS, the other outstanding escrow

Highland Meadows
Lake Amelia
White Tail Ridge
accounts are:
$ 4,755.19
$ 701.00
$23,286.89
$ 1,142.44
WHEREAS, all these escrows should be closed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be
authorized effective December 31, 1994.

Increase Decrease
$33,163

Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lake his 23rd day of January,
1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Kuether and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
