CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-28
introduced the
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND
TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND(CDBG)
WHEREAS; As of December 31, 1994, there remains a pre -audit
negative cash balance in the CDBG Fund of approximately
$11,261.00 ($6,939 from 1993 and $4,322.00 from 1994)
and,
WHEREAS; A transfer must be made to cover the deficit in the fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that $11,261.00 be transferred from
the General Fund to the CDBG fund to cover the negative cash
balance as of December 31, 1994.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Elliott and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent.
