HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-056 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 95-56 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS. WHEREAS: it appears to the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the street hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Law, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the road described as follows, to wit: Industrial Boulevard from Apollo Drive to Trunk Highway 49 (Lilac Street) now numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 114, Segment 010, be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council and upon vote being taken thereon, the following Member Bergeson voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. The following voted against same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
