RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 85
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 4
(CLEARWATER CREEK SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, Pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
construction of Well No. 4, bids were received, opened
and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

Bergerson-Caswell, Inc.

AND WHEREAS, it appears that Keys Well Drilling Company, St. Paul,
Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder,
$82,160.00
$87,100.00
$89,090.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the a contract with Keys Well Drilling Company
of St. Paul, Minnesota, in the name of the City of Lino
Lakes for construction of Well No. 4, according to the
plans and specifications therefore approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until
a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th of July, 1995.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott,
Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
