introduced the following resolution and
City of Lino Lakes
Resolution Number 95-94
Resolution Amending the 1995 General Fund Budget
Whereas, the General Fund budget should be amended to reflect 1995 salary increases that were
authorized by the Council in December 1994, and
Whereas,
the General Fund budget should be amended to reflect salary and benefit increases for
the International Union of Operating Engineers (Local 49) that were authorized in July,
1995.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the 1995 General Fund budget be amended accordingly (Please see
attached schedule).
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
