adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 148
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCESS TO THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AT
FIRSTAR BANK OF MINNESOTA, N.A. (LINO LAKES BRANCH)
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has owned and used a safety deposit box at
the above named facility for several years, and
WHEREAS, this safety deposit box is now to small to contain all of the
important documents of the City,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be authorized and
directed to rent a larger safety deposit box at the Firstar Bank of Minnesota, N.A.,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk -Treasurer, the Accounts
Payable Clerk and the Finance Director be authorized access to the safety deposit box.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 1995.

The motion for he adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
