RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 155
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CONSTRUCT THE
SUNSET ROAD UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT AS A CHANGE ORDER TO
THE HIGHWAY 49 AND COUNTY ROAD 13 INTERSECTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the council on November 13, 1995, the
city engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Sunset Road
between Elm Street and the south line of 7164 Sunset Road by constructing sanitary sewer
and water mains and services and has presented such plans and specifications to the
council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The city engineer shall proceed under the direction of the council, as given from
time to time, to construct the Sunset Road Utility Extension Project as a change
order to the Highway 49 and County Road 13 Intersection Project.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
