CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION 95-157
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE REAPPOINTMENT OF EUGENE PETERSON
TO RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT BOARD OF MANAGERS
WHEREAS, Eugene Peterson has served as a Rice Creek Watershed District
Board Manager representing Anoka County since January 1993; and
WHEREAS, Peterson has been responsive to the needs of City of Lino Lakes
while simultaneously observing environmental sensitivity,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lino Lakes supports the reappointment of Eugene Peterson as a Rice Creek Watershed
District Board Manager.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th Day of November, 1995.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
MemberBergesonand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
