CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95-183
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 1996 GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET AND THE SEWER
AND WATER BUDGETS FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution setting
General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year and,
WHEREAS, Based on a utility rate study, the 1996 Sewer and Water Fund budget has been established
by the Engineering department and should be adopted through resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following General Fund operating budget be adopted on a
final basis for 1996:
