introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 95-194
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE
WELL NO. 4 IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, construction of the Well No. 4 Improvements have been completed
by Keys Well Drilling Co.
AND WHEREAS, the one-year warranty periods for this project will begin with the
final payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
Final Payment is hereby approved for the Well No. 4 Improvements.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 1995.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
