adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 96-29
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND CITY
ATTORNEY TO SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
WHEREAS, the State has approached the City of Lino Lakes concerning the change in the
jurisdiction of Trunk Highway 49 from Lilac Street to Fourth Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the State has prepared the attached Memorandum of Understanding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor, City Administrator and City Attorney are hereby authorized to sign said
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lino Lakes and the Minnesota
Department of Transportation.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kuether,
Lyden, Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: none, Council Member Bergeson was absent.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
