HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996-034 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 96-34 RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET DESIGNATION OF APOLLO DRIVE. WHEREAS, the County Board of Anoka did adopt a resolution designating Apollo Drive from County Road 53 (Sunset Road) to Trunk Highway 49 (Lilac Street) as County State Aid Highway 12 within the corporate limits of the City of Lino Lakes, and; WHEREAS, the CSAH 12 is under the jurisdiction of the County of Anoka. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. That Apollo Drive from County Road 53 (Sunset Road) to Trunk Highway 49 (Lilac Street), now numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 115, segment 010, be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Lino Lakes subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration.
