its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 96-77
RESOLUTION REQUESTING A SPEED STUDY ON APOLLO DRIVE FROM COUNTY
ROAD 53 (SUNSET ROAD) TO COUNTY ROAD 153 (LILAC STREET).
WHEREAS, the posted speed limit on Apollo Drive is 55 mph,
WHEREAS, the construction of Apollo Drive was completed in 1995,
WHEREAS, a speed study has not been completed on said segment of roadway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The City of Lino Lakes requests that a speed study on Apollo Drive from County
Road 53 (Sunset Road) to County Road 153 (Lilac Street) be completed.
Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of J ; , 1996.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
