RESOLUTION NO. 96-141
RESOLUTION VACATING A 10' DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER THE
WEST 10' OF THE WEST 112.02 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, CAROLE'S
ESTATES (7702 Lake Drive)
WHEREAS, Thomas Vacha, owner of the property located at 7702
Lake Drive, has requested that the 10' drainage and utility
easement over the west 10' of the west 112.02 feet of Lot 4, Block
1, Caroles Estates be vacated, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 14, 1996 before
the City Council in the City Hall after due published and posted
notice had been given and all persons interested were given an
opportunity to be heard; and,
WHEREAS, it appears it will be for the best interest of the
City to vacate such portion of the drainage and utility easement,
and
WHEREAS, four fifths of all the members of the Council concur
in this resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the drainage and utility
easement described above and shown on the attached map is hereby
vacated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of
October, 1996.
