CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 96-177
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE AREA AND UNIT FUND
TO THE G.O. TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BOND 1994 FUND FOR CLOSURE
WHEREAS, the City called the bonds in November, and
WHEREAS, the fund is a deficit, and
WHEREAS, the Area and Unit fund will be reimbursed from State and County funds, and
WHEREAS, there are assessments owing that will be allocated to the Area and Unit Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized and the G.O.
Temporary Bonds 1994 Fund be closed.

$1,892,145

Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 16th day of December, 1996.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Lyden
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson,
Lyden, Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent.
