HomeMy WebLinkAbout1997-031 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 31 RESOLUTION REGARDING REPRIMAND WHEREAS, on October 14, 1996 the City Council adopted a motion to place a letter of reprimand in the file of an city employee; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the specific proposed letter, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes as follows: 1. The City Council hereby approves the proposed letter of reprimand to be placed in the file of the employee in question, as discussed at the October 14, 1996 City Council meeting. 2. The Mayor is directed to sign the letter of reprimand on behalf of the City Council and to place a copy of the letter in the employee's personnel file, along with a copy of this Resolution. Landers, Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Neal, Landers. The following voted against same: Council Member Lyden Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
