CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO.97-58
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM T.I.F. DISTRICT 1-4
TO THE ESCROW FUND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES
WHEREAS, the Escrow fund has accounted for administrative costs that for Emtech ,
GM Development and Blue Heron, and
WHEREAS, these accounts are closed, and
WHEREAS, the total amount owing is $1,811.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized.
Increase Decrease
$1,811
Escrow Fund (801)
T.I.F. 1-4 (410) ($1,811)
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 1997.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
