CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 97-59
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM T.I.F. DISTRICT 3-1
TO THE ESCROW FUND FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES
AND UP FRONT ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the Escrow fund has accounted for costs associated with Northern
Wholesale, and
WHEREAS, these account is closed, and
WHEREAS, the total amount owing is $89,249.26.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized.

Escrow Fund (Administrative Fees) (801) 4,249

Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 1997.
