CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 97-69
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL BLVD. SOUTH
OF LILAC STREET
WHEREAS, a development plan for the area surrounding Industrial Blvd. has been
developed, and
WHEREAS, the development plan indicates that Industrial Blvd. south of Lilac Street
will not be needed, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 27, 1997 before the City Council in
the City Hall after due published and posted notice had been given in the May 6th
and 13th edition of the Quad Press and all persons interested were given an
opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, it appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to vacate such portion
of Industrial Blvd. south of Lilac Street, and
\.• WHEREAS, four-fifths of all the members of the City Council concur in this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of Industrial Blvd. south of
Lilac Street and shown on the attached map is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino L es this 27th day of April, 1997.
