moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 97-88
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - MARVY STREET AND LEONARD DRIVE UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, a petition was received by Council against the improvement of Marvy Street
from Sunset Road to Jon Avenue and Leonard Street from Marvy Street to Bradley
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The project is not ordered to proceed.
Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of Aug st, 1997.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
