CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 99-09
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 7(final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
FOR THE FOURTH AVENUE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the construction of the Fourth Avenue Trunk Utility Project has
been completed by S. R. Weidema, Inc., and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $49,384.28 is approved.
2. Payment number 7 (final) in the amount of $53,431.85 is approved for a
total contract amount of $393,185.17.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Dahl and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dahl, Bergeson, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan

Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
