CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 99-10
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE FLAAA AND LLGSA
WHEREAS, the Forest Lake Area Athletic Association (FLAAA) and the Lino Lakes Girls
Softball Association (LLGSA) provide recreational opportunities for the youth of Lino Lakes
and;
WHEREAS, the FLAAA and LLGSA practices and schedules their games at the City Hall Park
ballfields; and
WHEREAS, the FLAAA and LLGSA has expressed their desire to assist the city in improving
the ballfields at City Hall Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the
Council accepts the FLAAA and LLGSA donation of $3,000 to help finance improvements to
City Hall Park Field #2 including the new backstop, fencing, and players benches.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Bergeson, Lyden, Sullivan
