HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-017 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 99-17 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR LANDSCAPING FOR THE CIVIC COMPLEX WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for landscaping for the Civic Complex; bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Name: Amount of Bid Prescription Landscape, Inc. 1311 Sylvan St. St. Paul, MN 55117 $34,690.00 ND WHEREAS, it appears that Prescription Landscape, Inc. St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder for landscaping; NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract with Prescription Landscape, Inc. in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the Civic Complex, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file at Lino Lakes City Hall.
