HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-025 Council ResolutionCouncil Member Bergeson �.. adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 99-25 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF LINO LAKES COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN TO PROVIDE METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE DESIGNATION (MUSA) FROM THE CITY'S INTERIM MUSA RESERVE AND SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS PEREGRINE PASS WHEREAS, a Planned Development Overlay Preservation Development has been approved by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes for Peregrine Pass, and WHEREAS, this development does not currently have MUSA, single family residential designation but is located within the area of the City that can draw MUSA Designation from the Interim MUSA Reserve, and WHEREAS, the City's Draft Comprehensive Plan does indicated this area of Peregrine Pass as future Low Density Residential, MUSA area but that Draft Plan has not been approved by the Council, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 14, 1999 by the Planning and Zoning Board concerning said Comprehensive Plan Amendment, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the allocation of Interim MUSA Reserve and Single Family Residential designation for Peregrine Pass based on the actual net developable acres within the development. The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent . Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
