CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 57
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS — 77th STREET UTILITY
EXTENSION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a resident with failing septic systems has requested City sanitary sewer and water
service, and
WHEREAS, City sanitary sewer and water service is available and the City Council has
determined the improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement and present them to the City ouncil for a.proval.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dahl,
Lyden, Sullivan.
The following voted against same: None, Council Members Bergeson and Neal were absent.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
