Council Member introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION 99-115
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $100,000.00 DOLLARS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND FUND BALANCE INTO THE CIVIC COMPLEX
CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, in 1999, the City Council accepted the 1998 Financial Report, and
WHEREAS, the 1998 Financial Report identified excess revenues in the General
Fund, and
WHEREAS, after consideration the City Council designated $100,000.00 dollars
for the purchase of a generator.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the council does hereby transfer
$100,000.00 from the Designated General Fund fund balance into the Civic
Complex Construction Fund.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan

Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted
