RESOLUTION APPROVING DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS
FOR PROJECT SPECIFIC WETLAND REPLACEMENT
BIRCH STREET TURN LANES AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Birch Street Turn Lane and Utility improvement project required mitigation of
wetland impacts; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the required mitigation will be completed on-site, and
WHEREAS, such improvements are subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed
District; and
WHEREAS, the RCWD permit no. 15-038 requires a Declaration of Restriction and Covenants
for Project Specific Wetlands,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for Project Specific Wetland
Replacement and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of August, 2015.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Kusterman, Reinert
