The VBWD Board of Managers approved the <br />attached comments at its April 9, 2009 meeting. <br />The VBWD Managers' greatest concern is the effect the proposed development will have on the <br />water resources of the area, especially Downs Lake, Horseshoe Lake, and the St. Croix River.
