RESOLUTION NO. 20 1 7-04 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT FOR CSAH 13 <br />(IDEAL AVENUE/OLSON LAKETRAIL) IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to city council authorization, adopted on April 4 2017 the council <br />ordered _ a hearing on improvement for the CSAH 13 (Ideal Avenue/Olson Lake 'rail <br />Improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, 'ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing;was held thereon on the 2d day `ofMay, 2017, at which all persons desiring; <br />to be heard were given the opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility report prepared by SEH, Inc., and dated April, 2017 states that <br />the project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED, <br />I. Such improvement is deemed necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />Feasibility Report dated April 2017. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted this 2nd <br />day of May, 2017. <br />.
