Vial U 1: 1 <br />AND <br />AUTHORIZING 2018 FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lake Elmo is required by State law to approve a resolution <br />setting forth an annual property tax levy to the Washington County Auditor, and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes currently in force require approval of a property tax <br />levy and a budget in December of each year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received the budget document; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, that the 2018 General Fund Budget shall be as follows: <br />2018 <br />Ad2R!e4_ <br />General Fund Revenues: <br />Property Taxes <br />$2,382,813 <br />Licenses and Permit <br />994,400 <br />Intergovernmental <br />205,896 <br />Charges for Services <br />611,595 <br />Fines and Forfeits <br />49,000 <br />Interest on Investments <br />40,000 <br />Miscellaneous <br />387,030 <br />Total General Fund Revenues <br />$4,670,734 <br />General Fund Expenditures: <br />Personnel $2,017,290 <br />Materials and Supplies 743,015 <br />Charges and Services 1,705,988 <br />Capital Outlay 194,000 <br />Miscellaneous 10,441 <br />Total General Fund Expenditures $4,670,734 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing was held on Tuesday <br />December 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the Cityy of Lake Elmo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied in 2017, for <br />collection in 2018 upon the taxable property in said City of Lake Elmo for the following <br />purposes: <br />
