2 <br />5. The PUD amendment will have no impact on stonnwater management for the development. <br />6. That the proposed PUD will allow a more flexible, creative, and efficient approach to the <br />use of the land with the following amendments: <br />o Up to 6% impervious coverage is allowed beyond the 50% impervious coverage <br />maximum for the courtyard lots. <br />CONCLUSIONS AND DECISION <br />Based on the foregoing, the PUD Amendment is approved. <br />Passed and duly adopted this 17th day of July, 2018 by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota. <br />Mike Pearson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Resolution No. 2018-
