CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTIONRATIFYING THE CITY COUNC[L SAPPROVAL 017THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />WYNDHAM VILLAGE <br />I WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing under <br />the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a proposed Sketch Plan and <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment request for Wyndham Village on November 13, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed a proposed Sketch Plan and approved a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment request for Wyndham Village on February 20, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approved a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to re - <br />guide the land use of Wyndham Village from Rural Single Family to Village Low Density Residential <br />on March 14, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo approved the preliminary plat for Wyndham Village on <br />July 17, 2018 by Resolution No. 2018-066; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission submitted its report and recommendation of <br />approval of the final plat as part of a memorandum to the City Council for the December 4, 2018 City <br />Council Meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the final plat (Exhibit A) at its meeting <br />held on December 4, 2018 with the following findings of fact and conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is adopting this resolution ratifying its approval of the final plat; <br />MR <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby ratify its <br />approval pproval of the final plat for Wyndham Village that occurred on December 4, 2018, subject to the <br />following findings: <br />That the Wyndham Village final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat, the <br />Lake Elino Comprehensive Plan and its Future Land Use Map, and the amended zoning for <br />the subject property; <br />2. That the Wyndham Village final plat complies with all other applicable zoning <br />requirements, including the City's landscaping, storm water, sediment and erosion control <br />and other ordinances, and is consistent with the City's engineering design standards with <br />the corrections as noted by the City Engineering Review Comments and Construction Plan <br />Review Memos dated November 5, 2018; <br />549604v I SJS LAS 15-58 <br />
