CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 -033 <br />NORTH STAR SECOND ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota, and <br />WHEREAS, GWSA Lund. Development of.Plymouth, MN ("applicant" has }previously <br />submitted an application to the City of Lake Elmo ("City") for a Final Plat for Legacy at North Star <br />Second Addition planned Unit Development; ent; rid <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the Legacy at North Star Sketch Plan at its <br />June 6, 2017 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved the Legacy at North Star Preliminary Plat <br />and P 1D on February 20, 01 and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 2019-026 on April 1, 01 <br />approving the Final Plat for the Legacy at North StarSecond Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, a condition of approval of said Resolution 2019-026 , establishes that before <br />execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant shall enter into a Developer's Agreement with <br />the City, and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant and the City have agreed to enter into such a contract and a copy of <br />the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council for considerationatits April 16 2019 <br />meeting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BET RESOLVED THAT the City Council elves hereby approve the <br />Developer's Agreement for Legacy at North Star Second Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Clerk to execute the document,. <br />Passed and duly adopted; this 1 "' day of April, 2019 by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota, <br />Mike Pearson, Mayor <br />ATTEST. <br />4Jison, 4ity ek <br />
