Council accepts Report and Calls for <br />Improvement Hearing; Declares Costs to be Assessed and Calls for Hearing on Assessment for the Old Village Phase 5 and 6 Street and Utility improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the feasibility report including project costs, proposed <br />assessments and project schedule. <br /> <br />Brett Emmons, 3280 Klondike Ave. N., commented on water runoff and road widths. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Beckstrom, moved TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2021-022, RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING <br />A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE OLD VILLAGE PHASE 5 AND 6 STREET, DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. Motion passed 5 – 0. ITEM 17: Consider Request to Assess Sanitary Sewer System Costs for the Hamlet on Sunfish Lake Street and Utility Improvements <br /> City Engineer Griffin presented the request to assess the sanitary sewer related costs for the Hamlet on Sunfish Lake project. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Mayor Cadenhead, moved TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2021-019 DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE HAMLET ON SUNFISH LAKE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (PROJECT 2020 AND PROJECT 2021). Motion passed 5 – 0. ITEM 18: Zoning Code Text Amendments Regarding Lake and Stream Frontage, Minimum Lot Size for Lots with Septic and Permitted Encroachments <br />Planning Director Roberts presented proposed changes to the zoning code for clarification <br />purposes. Discussion was held concerning egress areas, minimum lot size for mound septic systems and shoreland setbacks.
