Amendment: Section 204.012 of <br />the 1979 Municipal Code of Lake Elmo is <br />hereby adopted: to wit: <br />204.012 Composition: The Planning Commis- <br />sion sha conlrsistF -seven (7) members and <br />two (2) alternate members. Members shall be <br />appointed by the City Council for three year <br />terms so that only one-third (1/3) of the ap- <br />pointments will expire on December 31 of <br />each year.
