<br />ORDINANCE NO. 8106
<br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
<br />DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
<br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that
<br />Section 1445.04 and its subdivisions are
<br />hereby added to the Lake Elmo Municipal
<br />Code to read as follows:
<br />1445.04. Disorderly Conduct. Whoever does
<br />any of the following in a public or private place,
<br />knowing or having reasonable grounds to know
<br />that it will, or will tend to, alarm, anger or disturb
<br />others or provoke an assault or breach of the
<br />peace, is guilty of disorderly conduct, which is a
<br />misdemeanor:
<br />A. engages in brawling or fighting;
<br />B. disturbs an assembly or meeting, not
<br />unlawful in its character;
<br />C. engages in offensive, obscene, abusive,
<br />boisterous, or noisy conduct or in
<br />offensive, obscene or abusive lan-
<br />guage tending to reasonably arouse
<br />alarm, anger, or resentment in others; or
<br />D. obstructs the free passage of others in
<br />a public street, highway, sidewalk or
<br />public place.
<br />Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective
<br />the day following its publication.
<br />Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of
<br />the City of Lake Elmo the 18th day of October,
<br />1994.
