Land within a protected wetland or <br />within a floodplain area unless the City Council <br />determines that all of the following criteria are <br />satisfied: <br />a. would be in the best interests of the <br />general public; <br />b. would be a valuable resource for <br />Mi environmental preservation, educational <br />ftor habitat preservation purposes; <br />c. has an exceptional aesthetic value; and <br />en d. would not become financially burdensome <br />kn to the City as a result of maintenance or <br />ful preservation requirements. <br />A. Effective Date -This ordinance shall beeffective <br />re the day following its publication. <br />qu Adoption Date.
