9. The Ddeveloper must presents the Final Plan to the Planning Cemmissio <br />Director for thek his or her review and comment. <br />44 10. After verification by the Planning Director that the required Final pPlan and <br />supporting data are adequate, the Planning Commission shall hold a public <br />hearing, with public notice. <br />4-5: 11. The Planning Commission shall conduct the hearing and report its findings <br />and make recommendations to the City Council. <br />4-67 12. The City may request additional information from the applicant concerning <br />operational factors or retain expert testimony at the expense of the applicant <br />concerning operational factors. <br />44T 13. Present Status <br />a. The address and legal description of the property. <br />b. The existing zoning classification and present use of the subject property and <br />all lands within 350 feet of the subject property. <br />c. A map depicting the existing development of the subject property and all land <br />within 350 feet of the subject property and showing the location of existing <br />streets, property lines, easements, water mains, and storm and sanitary sewers, <br />with invert elevations on and within 100 feet of the subject property. <br />d. Site conditions. Where deemed necessary by the eCity, graphic reproductions <br />of the existing site conditions at a scale of 1 inch equals 100 feet shall be <br />submitted and contain the following: <br />i.
