authorized prior to any authorized event or installation of ski jumps or slalom courses § <br />97.23 ENFORCEMENT. <br />(A) Local enforcement. Pursuant to M.S. §§ 378.32, 459.20, the City of Lake Elmo assigns by service <br />agreement the enforcement of § § 97.20 through 97.23 of the City Code to the Washington County <br />Sheriff's Office. <br />(B) Penalties. Penalties for non-compliance shall be governed by § 10.99 of the City Code and <br />prosecuted by the City of Lake Elmo Attorney. <br />(C) Exemptions. Government agencies engaged in resource management, emergency services or <br />enforcement activities are exempt from the provisions of Chapter 97 when acting in the performance of <br />their assigned duties. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and <br />publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Date.
