Where <br />Safety Zone 1 overlies the Runway Protection Zone, land uses and Structures <br />within the Runway Protection Zone will be governed by Federal laws and <br />regulations or by FAA advisory circulars, orders, or guidance. <br />Safety Zone 2 Restrictions. No land use in Safety Zone 2 shall violate the <br />height restrictions set forth in Section IV.B. or the general restrictions <br />contained in Section V.B.l. <br />SECTION VI. AIRPORT ZONING LIMITS AND LAKE ELMO AIRPORT ZONING MAP <br />A. Airspace Zoning Limits. Exhibit D - Air ort Bounda and Airs ace Zonin Limits <br />and Exhibit E - Air art Bounda and Airs ace Contours, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, show these limits. <br />B. Safety Zoning Limits. Exhibit F - Air ort Bounda and Safe Zonin Limits <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, shows these limits. <br />C. Lake Elmo Airport Zoning Map. The locations and boundaries of the Airspace <br />Surfaces, Airspace Zones, Safety Zones, and the Maximum Construction Heights <br />without an Airport Zoning Permit established by this Lake Elmo Airport Zoning <br />Ordinance are set forth on the Lake Elmo Airport Zoning Map consisting of 102 plates <br />- Airs ace Zones Plates A-A2 to A-F6; Maximum Construction Hei hts Without <br />Permit Plates MCH-A2 to MCH-F6; and Safe Zones Plates SZ-A2 to SZ-F6 prepared <br />by the Metropolitan Airports Commission, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />These plates, together with such amendments thereto as may from time to time be <br />made, and all notations, references, elevations, heights, data, surface and zone <br />boundaries, and other information thereon, shall be and the same are hereby adopted <br />as part of this Lake Elmo Zoning Ordinance. <br />SECTION VII. NONCONFORMING USES <br />A. Lake Elmo Airport Zoning Ordinance. The provisions of this Lake Elmo Airport <br />Zoning Ordinance shall not be construed to require the removal, lowering, other <br />change, or alteration of any Nonconforming Structure or Tree, or otherwise interfere <br />with the continuance of any Nonconforming Use. Nonconforming Structures and <br />Nonconforming Uses are permitted under this Lake Elmo Airport Zoning Ordinance, <br />subject to the provisions in Section VIII.
