Ord. 08-205, passed 4-3- <br />2018) Penalty, see § 10.99 <br /> <br />§ 153.09 PRELIMINARY MAJOR SUBDIVISIONS (PRELIMINARY PLAT). <br /> <br /> (A) Submittal requirements. Requests for preliminary plat approval may be filed with the <br />Zoning AdministratorCity on an official application form after the applicant has received <br />comments on the proposed sketch plan as outlined in Section 153.08 of this Chapter. The <br />applicant’s signatures shall be provided on the application form. If the applicant is not the fee <br />owner of the property, the fee owner’s signature shall also be provided on the application form, <br />or the applicant shall provide separate written and signed authorization for the application from <br />the fee owner. Such application shall be accompanied by the following information. <br />The applicant shall submit a minimum of 4 large scale copies and 10 reduced scale (11” X 17”) <br />copies of all graphics. The application shall be considered as being officially submitted and <br />complete when the applicant has complied with all the specified requirements and submitted all <br />the information as outlined below;. The applicant will be responsible for all expenses incurred in <br />obtaining the required information. <br />(1) The applicant shall submit a minimum of 4 large scale copies and 10 reduced <br />scale (11” X 17”) copies of all graphics as well as electronic versions of all the <br />submitted documentation and project plans. The applicant will be responsible for <br />all expenses incurred in obtaining the required information. <br />(2) Graphic scale of preliminary plat prepared by a registered land surveyor in the <br />form required by M.S. Ch. 505, as it may be amended from time to time, and the <br />name, address, and registration number of the surveyor not less than 1 inch to 100 <br />feet; <br />(1)(3) A fee as set forth by the City’s adopted fee schedule; <br />(2)(4) Detailed written and graphic materials fully explaining the proposed major <br />subdivision;. <br />(3)(5) List of property owners located within 350 feet of the subject property in a <br />format prescribed by the Zoning AdministratorCity; <br />(4)(6) Proposed name of subdivision; names shall not duplicate or too closely <br />resemble names of existing subdivisions; in any case, the name must be approved <br />by the County Recorder;; <br />(5)(7) Location of boundary lines in relation to a known section, quarter section, <br />or quarter quarter section lines comprising a legal description of the property; <br />(6)(8) Names and addresses of all persons having any interest in the property, the <br />developer, designer, and surveyor together with the interested person's registration <br />number; <br />(7)(1) Graphic scale of preliminary plat prepared by a registered land surveyor in <br />the form required by M.S. Ch. 505, as it may be amended from time to time, and
