18 <br /> <br />the future subdivision. All subdivisions shall be shown to relate well with <br />existing or potential adjacent subdivisions; <br />viii. Where structures are to be placed on large or excessively deep lots which <br />are subject to potential replat, the subdivider shall provide in the <br />preliminary plat, a sketch plan which indicates minimum building setback <br />lines and future roadway alignments which would not interfere with <br />structural placement at the time of future subdivision; and <br />ix. A vegetation preservation and protection plan, consistent with Section <br />154.257 of the Zoning Code, that shows those trees proposed to be <br />removed, those to remain, the types and locations of trees and other <br />vegetation that are to be planted; <br />x. Developer shall provide a landscape plan, signed by a licensed landscape <br />architect, which shows the placement of ponding, berms, trees, and tree <br />seedlings, shrubs, and shrub seedlings and native grasses. <br />1. Landscape plans shall adhere to all requirements of Section <br />154.258 of the Zoning Code and shall include the City’s <br />Landscape Standard Notes. <br />2. Irrigation plans shall be submitted and be in compliance with Lake <br />Elmo General Irrigation Standards. <br />xi. If the development is an Open Space Preservation development, <br />architectural and performance standards shall be submitted. If applicable, <br />developments within the I-94 corridor and Old Village shall submit <br />architectural renderings in order to ensure compliance with City of Lake <br />Elmo Design Guidelines & Standards. <br />xii. Any environmental review, such as an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet, as required by State Statutes. If an environmental review is <br />required, the Preliminary Plat application cannot proceed until the review <br />or study is complete; <br />p. Other information.
